RCA's policy is to be extremely discrete about disclosing information, and is never to disclose any confidential information without authorization from clients.
If any client has any question or concern, he/she can contact our manager or one of our partners directly. If a client wants to remain anonymous, he/ she can make a report of a suspected violation or concern through text to the concerned authority.
